5+ years in Software or data engineering| with atleast 2years focused on AI/ML or Generative AI.Hands on experience with LLM agent frameworks: LangChain| Semantic Kernel| or equivalent.Proficiency in Python and REST API design; familiarity with prompt engineering and AI output evaluation.Strong Azure experience: Azure OpenAI Service| Azure AI Foundry / AI Studio| Azure Cognitive Services.Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) - server/client architecture and security patterns.Experience implementing guardrails| safety filters| and responsible AI practices in productions system.Working Knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD practices; ability to take MVPs to production.Experience in Agile squads; strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
