Key Accountabilities for Python Developer:
•Requirements Interpretation: translate and align functional requirements with technical concepts to ensure clarity and effective implementation.
• Solution Development: Deliver solutions aligned with established project patterns, methodologies, standards, and best practices
•Application Delivery: Deliver business-critical applications in Python with scalable architecture design.
•Event-Driven Microservices Architecture:Deliver applications using an event-driven microservices Architecture.
• Database Management: Manage databases, addressing performance issues, particularly with SQL Server.
• Integration Management: Manage complex integration scenarios and interfaces across the ETRM landscape.
• Back-End Microservices: Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end microservices in Python.
• Technology: Leverage Azure, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Cache techniques, and SQL databases for efficient application development.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability using performance monitoring and tuning tools.
• Security: Implement security best practices in software development, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.

Technical Skills & Experience:
• Python Development: Over 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in Python. Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a plus.
• Writing Testable code: Delivery experience using BDDs.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in agile teams, demonstrating the application of agile principles with lean thinking.
• Data Engineering: Useful experience blending data engineering with core software engineering.
• CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Github Actions is a plus.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and containerization technologies.
• Code Optimization: Proficient in profiling and optimizing Python code.
• FastAPI and Async Processing: Proven experience with FastAPI and async processing.
Additional Requirements:
• Software Principles: Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
• Solution Patterns: Ability to build and maintain solution patterns and best practices.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience within a finance or trading environment.
