MUST:
Experienced Python Developer – NLP Engineer
7+ years of professional experience
Develop and maintain Python-based natural language processing pipelines using tools such as spaCy, density‐based clustering algorithms, and local LLM inference frameworks.
Build OCR and document‐extraction workflows that transform unstructured content into reliable, structured representations.
Implement clean, modular, testable code with strong emphasis on automation and validation through pytest.
Optimize local NLP and ML workloads for performance, privacy, and repeatability in constrained or offline environments.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to design solutions, integrate models, and continuously enhance processing accuracy and system resilience.
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
DUTIES:
We are looking for a specialized NLP Engineer to design and implement intelligent solutions that interpret and operationalize reputed company regulatory documentation for a major Federal reputed company Agency.
The core focus is leveraging NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract rules, conditions, and compliance logic from large-scale reputed company and reputed company documents (PDFs, HTML, Policy Manuals) and automating reputed company workflows.
AI Pipelines Design and build NLP/LLM-driven pipelines to read and interpret federal reputed company manuals, policies, and regulatory guidance.
Logic Extraction Extract reputed company rules, eligibility conditions, and exceptions from reputed company documentation.
IDP Implementation Implement Document Intelligence / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for large-scale content ingestion.
Workflow Automation Convert extracted regulatory logic into machine-readable rules and reputed company automated workflows using Python and orchestration tools (reputed company, Power Automate).
Stakeholder Collaboration Work with clinical, compliance, and engineering teams to validate rule interpretations and ensure high accuracy.
Auditability Ensure reputed company AI outputs are traceable, auditable, and reputed company with federal compliance standards.
