About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. You will build scalable, high-performance server-side applications, integrate data sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable software. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ]
Key Responsibilities
- Write effective, scalable, and well-tested Python code.
- Develop back-end components and manage server-side application logic.
- Integrate user-facing elements and APIs into the application.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, automation scripts, and database objects.
- Test, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and security.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with front-end, product, and QA teams. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 ]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: [2–4+] years of proven work experience as a Python Developer. [ 1 , 2 ]
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
- Programming Languages & Frameworks:
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ]
- Databases & ORM:
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) libraries. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
- Tools & Environment:
- Familiarity with version control systems ( Git/GitHub).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker). [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ]
- Front-End Familiarity: Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and effective communication for team collaboration. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]
