Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilledPython Developer with strongautomation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable automation solutions that streamline processes, enhance system efficiency, and support business operations across various domains.
This role requires hands-on programming expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation tools and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts.
- Build end-to-end automation frameworks and pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation workflows.
- Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and optimize processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience inPython development (3+ years preferred).
- Proven expertise inautomation frameworks, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with libraries & tools such asSelenium, PyTest, Requests, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Familiarity withCI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working withREST APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Knowledge ofcloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding ofSQL and database interactions.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience withAI/ML automation, data pipelines, or API-driven automation.
- Exposure toDocker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
- Background intest automation orRPA tools is a plus.
