Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts.
- Design and implement process automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of automation workflows and database operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database-related issues.
- Create technical documentation and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency inPython programming.
- Experience withAutomation Development using scripting and workflow automation tools.
- Strong knowledge ofSQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Experience with database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with scheduling and automation tools (e.g., Cron, Airflow, Control-M, or similar).
