Job Title: Python Developer – Global Markets / Short-End Trading
Duration :  12-18 months of Contract
pay rate :  $65-$70/h on w2 basis ( only on W2 C2c will not work) 

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:

Seeking a strong Python Developer to build scalable, low-latency front-office trading systems supporting Short-End Trading within Global Markets / FICC.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience inPython, ReactJS, OOP, and Functional Programming.

  • Deep understanding ofGlobal Markets / FICC and trade lifecycle, including trade capture, margining, collateral, and settlement.

  • Experience building front-office trading systems forRepo, TRS, and SFT products.

  • Strong knowledge of trade validation, data models, reconciliation, and data quality controls.

  • Experience with APIs, messaging, event-driven architecture, and integration with Risk, Finance, and Operations systems.

  • Knowledge of NoSQL / distributed databases, low-latency systems, scalability, and concurrency.

  • Strong experience in automated testing, CI/CD, production support, and platform modernization.
