Interview Process :
  • Round 1: zoom interview with 2-3 people panel
  • Round 2: In-Person at any Banking location

Skillset –
  1. Must Have –
    1. AWS backend engineering ( IAM, VPC/networking basics, CloudWatch, S3, ALB/API Gateway, ECS/EKS or Lambda, and RDS/Aurora, MongoDB etc)
    2. Python Backend API engineering
    3. React (modern) + frontend engineering is preferred
    4. Container platform (EKS/ECS scaling, service mesh basics, blue/green or canary deployments
