Essential Job Functions:
- Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts and solutions using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
- Framework Management: Create and maintain test automation frameworks and tools, ensuring maintainability and adherence to coding standards.
- Execution and Analysis: Execute automated tests across various browsers and environments, analyse results, and accurately log and track defects to resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements and identify comprehensive test scenarios.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git).
- Testing Types: Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, API Automation using Python
- performance (using tools like JMeter), and integration tests.
- Code Review and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the improvement of testing processes and overall software quality.
