POSITION SUMMARY:
All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage and improve quality performance across assigned footwear suppliers and manufacturing facilities via participating in Preproduction trials, conducting inline and final inspections together with QAs for all production factories.
- Drive supplier quality improvement through different kinds of audits, data analysis, process reviews and corrective action management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate product and manufacturing risks during Pre-production trials and mass production.
- Lead investigations of quality issues, customer complaints and product failures, ensuring effective root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Oversee factory quality systems, GMP compliance and GMP audits, product inspections and shipment release activities.
- Coaching quality assurance team and FCQA in factories to achieve objectives by Company, orienting, training, counseling, and disciplining teammate; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions enforcing policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
- Monitor quality KPIs, prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of quality ownership, continuous improvement and consumer-focused decision making

- Annual Team Travel Budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education & Experience:
- College degree or above
- Minimum 8+ years of footwear quality, technical or manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a quality leadership role.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is advantage but is not mandatory
- Willingness to travel frequently within and outside Vietnam.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proven expertise across athletic footwear, women's fashion footwear, and men's and women's casual footwear categories.
- Strong knowledge of footwear materials, construction methods, manufacturing processes, testing requirements and quality systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing supplier quality, factory audits, product inspections, customer complaints and corrective action programs.
- Proven ability to drive supplier quality improvements and build sustainable quality capabilities across manufacturing partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, MS Office
- Coaching – training and people development, skill improvement
- Process Improvement – guiding QA and factories for improvement plan
- Analyzing Information – analyze report for QA team and vendor enhancement plan
- Strategic Planning – according analyze reports and data to design systematic improvement plan
- Dealing with Complexity – clear mind set and patient to handle quality call out and QA team routine
