Research Fellow (Photonic Integration)

School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Key Responsibilities:

• Design of high-performance integrated lasers

• Design of quantum photonic device library

• Photonic device-level characterization

• Large-scale photonic integration

• Photonic system characterization

Job Requirements:

• PhD in a relevant discipline

• At least 4 years of experience in laser and photonic design

• Proficiency in Ansys Lumerical, Tidy3D, Python, MATLAB, and GDSfactory

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently under strict timelines with excellent organizational skills
