Job Summary

We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for the procurement of materials and services required for our industrial operations, as well as for coordinating and maintaining the company's facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing

• Manage the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services.
• Negotiate with national and international suppliers to secure the best quality, cost, and delivery conditions.
• Identify, evaluate, and approve new suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders, resolve supplier-related issues, and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
• Work closely with Management and the Engineering, Production, and Administration departments.

Facilities

• Coordinate the maintenance and proper operation of the company's facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage external service providers and contractors, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facility-related services.
• Collaborate with Management and Department Managers in defining investments, improvements, and projects related to facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements related to company facilities.
• Work closely with Management and the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) department.

Requirements

• University degree or technical qualification, with previous experience in purchasing within an industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in supplier management and coordination of external service providers.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented professional with strong planning and teamwork skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and facility management.
