The Public Safety Officer II provides a visible deterrence to crime and prohibited activities within the Health Center by being noticeably present.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & OTHER CREDENTIALS: |
|
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Current or previous law enforcement experience or five years security experience in a Healthcare setting. Certification/Licensure: Current Massachusetts License to Carry Firearms (LTC) O.C. (Oleoresin Capsicum) Certification or able to obtain in 6 months Taser Operator Training or able to complete in 6 months. MOAB trained or completed in 6 months. Certified Healthcare Security Office (CHSO) or able to obtain in 6 months. Software/Hardware:Experience using computers and Microsoft Office is required. |
