We are seeking an experienced psychiatrist to provide professional supervision and clinical support to mental health providers in a fully remote setting.

Job Summary

ThePsychiatrist Supervisorwill help clinicians evaluate cases, improve treatment planning, address clinical concerns, and maintain high standards of care. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who enjoys consultation and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual supervision.
• Review complex psychiatric and behavioral health cases.
• Assist with treatment and referral decisions.
• Offer guidance on risk management and documentation.
• Support clinician development through feedback.

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Supervision or leadership experience preferred.

• $200 to $300 per hour
