PSI Technician

Job Summary: 

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as aPlumbing Safety Inspection Technician.  In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners needing plumbing services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess customer needs, explain plumbing solutions, and provide accurate estimates. This is a great opportunity to launch a rewarding career in sales with hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to grow within the company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions 

• Educate customers on available plumbing services, products, and pricing 

• Prepare and present estimates and service agreements 

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience 

• Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery 

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals 

Qualifications:  

• Customer Focus: Some customer service or sales experience is a bonus! 

• Hands-On Ability: Comfortable working with tools and getting your hands dirty 

• Drive to Succeed: Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented 

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions 

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills 

• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces 

• Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working  

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:  

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
