Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
Location:Â Dublin, OH 43017
Job Type:Local contractÂ
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Range:$18 to $20/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Â
Â
Duties:Â
- Greet patients and customers in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Assist patients withkiosk sign-in and ensure registration information is accurate.
- Contact clients to obtain required patient orders.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls using established Quest Diagnostics communication standards.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, faxing, preparing mail, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate patient and customer information.
- Follow established procedures for handling customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain compliance withHIPAA and company confidentiality requirements.
- Follow departmental policies, safety procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Assist with stocking and maintaining office supplies.
- Education:Â High School Diploma or GED required.
- Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience – Required
- Skills/Specialties/Technology:Â Keyboarding and data-entry experience, PC/computer experience.
