Pay Range: $23 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system.
Update provider and practitioner information with claims payment and directory details.
Research and review provider requests to make necessary updates within the system.
Perform quality service checks on data, including claims processing and provider directory information.
Collaborate with team members on larger reports and prioritize daily assignments based on urgency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Additional experience with data management systems.
Familiarity with healthcare provider data processes.
1 – 2 years of related experience in data management or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
