About Ataway x Prosci®
Ataway Japan is the exclusive provider of Prosci® Change Management education and certification programs in Japan. As organizations accelerate digital transformation, AI adoption, workforce transformation, and large-scale business change, the demand for structured Change Management capabilities has never been greater.
This is not a typical training role.
You will become the dedicated face of Prosci® education in Japan and play a critical role in helping build an entirely new professional discipline within the Japanese market. While many organizations are only beginning their Change Management journey, you will have the opportunity to educate executives, consultants, project leaders, HR professionals, and transformation teams from some of Japan's leading enterprises.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional instructor who is passionate about developing people, inspiring change, and creating world-class learning experiences.
This is a rare opportunity to join a market leader, influence the evolution of Change Management in Japan, and establish yourself as one of the country's foremost experts in Prosci® methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Classroom Experiences:
- Facilitate Prosci® certification programs and Change Management training programs in both public and private sessions.
- Create an engaging, energetic, and highly interactive learning environment.
- Ensure participants can confidently apply Prosci® methodologies to real-world business challenges.
- Adapt delivery style to various audiences, from executives to project teams.
Become a Trusted Advisor:
- Build strong relationships with training participants and client stakeholders.
- Act as an ambassador for the Ataway and Prosci® brands.
- Provide guidance and practical insights based on participant needs and challenges.
- Support participants before, during, and after training programs.
Ensure World-Class Program Delivery:
- Prepare thoroughly for every workshop and certification session.
- Maintain exceptional delivery standards across content, facilitation, logistics, and participant engagement.
- Partner closely with internal customer success, sales, and consulting teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Contribute to Business Growth:
- Help strengthen Ataway's reputation as the leading Change Management education provider in Japan.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and enhance participant experiences.
- Represent Ataway and Prosci® at webinars, conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events when required.
Help Shape the Future of Change Management in Japan:
- Contribute ideas to improve learning experiences and program delivery.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in organizational transformation, leadership, learning, and Change Management.
- Actively contribute to the growth and maturity of the Change Management profession in Japan.
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Passion for education, coaching, and helping others succeed.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, lectures, seminars, or professional education programs.
- Experience working within large organizations and understanding corporate culture, business transformation, and organizational challenges.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging and practical learning experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
Highly Desirable but not required
- Experience in Consulting, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, Transformation, PMO, Project Management, or Change Management.
- Experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience delivering university lectures, executive education, or corporate training programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
- Previous exposure to Change Management methodologies.
