Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, or experience as an Assistant
Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer, preferably in property management, building operations, and equipment maintenance.
Must be an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
Ability to analyze issues effectively and propose practical solutions.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented and service-driven, with the ability to balance operational
requirements with established policies and procedures.
Highly analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Oversees housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other property support services, including coordination with third-party providers.
Monitors tenant concerns, service requests, repairs, and property-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensures compliance with building policies, safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepares operational reports, monitors expenses, coordinates vendors, and recommends improvements to property management.
