Here's How You'll Make an Impact:

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and cultivate potential buyers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

• Maintain and grow a database of high-quality investor prospects.

• Initiate contact with corporate and institutional clients to explore investment opportunities.

Sales & Client Advisory

• Understand and communicate the value, features, and ROI potential of luxury properties.

• Counsel investors on pricing, financing options, infrastructure, and development plans.

• Present and negotiate offers to achieve win-win agreements.

• Accompany buyers on site visits and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Transaction Management

• Prepare purchase agreements and necessary transaction documents.

• Oversee property closings, document signing, and fund disbursement.

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Relationship Management

• Provide after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships.

• Keep clients informed of new projects, investment opportunities, and market updates.

• Proven sales experience (luxury real estate, investment products, or high-value B2C sales preferred).
