Qualifications:
Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience in property management, building operations, facilities management, and equipment maintenance
Preferably an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
Strong understanding of property management operations, with the ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented, with the ability to balance customer satisfaction, procedural compliance, and project timelines, while demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and executive presence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees the overall operation, maintenance, and management of the property to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Manages tenants, building personnel, contractors, and service providers, addressing concerns and maintaining good working relationships.
Monitors property maintenance, security, housekeeping, safety, and building facilities to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Handles budgets, expenses, contracts, procurement, and financial/operational reports related to property management.
Ensures compliance with building regulations, policies, permits, and safety requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve property operations and tenant satisfaction.
