Summary:
As a Property Management Specialist, you will provide routine services for a variety of departmental and financial activities.

Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with tenant relations.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and building operations.
- Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct property inspections and help ensure compliance with site standards.
- Monitor service requests and support issue resolution.
- Help ensure properties are well maintained and deliver a positive tenant experience.
Qualifications:
- Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic financial knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
