Job Description - Overview

• Audit and Process invoices associated with Campus Maintenance and Store Property Management. 
• Log insurance certificates in software system.
• Setup new vendors in software system
• Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork.
• Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description - Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Education associated with Accounting practices in addition to 2+ Years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Construction / Building Maintenance practices (2+ Years).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2013 or later.
• Extensive experience with Data Entry and Typing.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
