TheOshkosh Community YMCA is looking for aProperty Director to lead the care and maintenance of our20th Avenue YMCA andCamp Winni-Y-Co properties. This is more than a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the thousands of members, campers, and families who walk through our doors every year.

We're seeking someone who:

• Loves tackling challenges and finding solutions
• Is comfortable leading a team and coordinating projects
• Has experience with facility operations and maintenance
• Brings knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool operations, or related trades
• Values safety, organization, and continuous improvement
• Enjoys working with people and being part of a mission-driven organization

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Two or more years of management experience preferred
• Knowledge of building management and facility operations
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire
