Job Summary

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain prompts for enterprise Large Language Model (LLM) applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for enterprise AI applications.
• Improve prompt quality and response accuracy.
• Work with LLM platforms.
• Develop prompt evaluation methodologies.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and business teams.
• Support AI model testing and optimization.
• Document prompt libraries and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of enterprise Prompt Engineering experience.
• Experience working with Large Language Models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• RAG implementations.
• Prompt evaluation frameworks.
• AI safety and guardrails.
