Technical Skills & Experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered solutions
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering for GPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent models
• Experience designing prompts for autonomous agents, AI workflows, and task orchestration
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and grounding techniques
• Experience evaluating LLM responses and optimizing prompt performance for accuracy and reliability
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agentic AI frameworks, and AI governance practices
