Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of event management, educational program coordination, or training program support.
• Medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Strong project coordination, organization, expense management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with physicians, healthcare professionals (HCPs), faculty, vendors, and field representatives.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn medical-device products and systems.
