Project/Program Manager V: 26-03177

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead physical security system projects from design through equipment installation and project completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and vendor coordination experience, along with knowledge of physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
This role requires someone who can manage project execution, coordinate multiple vendors, track schedules and deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure successful installation of physical security equipment.
 

• Manage end-to-end physical security system projects, from design and planning through equipment installation and completion.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Support projects involving access control systems, video surveillance/CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
• Track project schedules, budgets, scope changes, and installation milestones.
• Review project specifications, drawings, compliance requirements, and technical documentation.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and closeout records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

• Strong project or program management experience.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or external service providers.
• Experience with physical security systems, such as access control, video surveillance, or intrusion detection.
• Experience coordinating equipment installation, deployment, or implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
