We are looking for a Program Manager to help build, standardize, and scale operational processes that support global business expansion and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop governance frameworks, improve business processes, coordinate trade enablement initiatives, and ensure operational workflows are structured, consistent, and scalable. You will help translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business processes while bringing clarity to programs that are evolving or being established.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, improving operations, and building repeatable processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks, operational workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate program intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Document end-to-end processes, decision frameworks, and operational guidelines to improve consistency and scalability.
- Partner with business and compliance stakeholders to support customs, import/export, regulatory readiness, and market expansion initiatives.
- Help operationalize new import/export pathways and integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
- Establish program reviews, stakeholder meetings, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and identify risks.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, driving standardization and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders across different functions and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program management, project management, business operations, or process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous requirements into actionable plans and repeatable processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong process documentation, SOP development, and workflow improvement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and standard business productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
