Project Manager - Website Modernization Project Lead
 
Primary Location: Jackson, MS
 
 
 
 
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for aProject Manager - Website Modernization Project Lead for our premier client inJackson, MS.
 
 
 
Education and Experience:
 
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet forms, workflows, or automation (forms modernization is handled by a dedicated Smartsheet resource; general familiarity is a plus).
  • Experience coordinating enterprise content migration projects.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments, business units, or government agencies.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
  • Design and implement a sustainable web governance framework for DOM, including content request workflows,
  • approval processes, and roles/responsibilities for ongoing site maintenance.
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support the governance model post-launch.
 
 
Reporting & Communication
 
  • Provide weekly written status updates to the DOM Project Manager, executive sponsors, and the Design/Control Board as requested.
  • Maintain project documentation, decisions logs, and content inventories alongside the DOM Project Manager.
