Key Responsibilities

• Lead Telecom Engineers and Provisioning teams.
• Provide technical guidance and project leadership.
• Monitor team performance and project progress.
• Prepare status and performance reports.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with GFiber and external stakeholders.
• Manage SOPs, workflows, and MOP documentation.
• Conduct regular team reviews and manage escalations.
• Support workforce planning and resource utilization.
