The Specialist will lead and manage project governance stakeholder engagement and riskcrisis management to ensure successful project delivery within the Project Management domain

Job Description

Lead and coordinate project governance activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises to minimize impact on project delivery Support account management and mining efforts to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project success and continuous improvement Ensure timely reporting and documentation related to project status risks and governance Promote best practices in project management and governance frameworks within the team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective stakeholder management strategies to engage all relevant parties
• Develop and implement risk and crisis management plans including early identification and resolution of issues
• Oversee project governance processes including stage gates decision forums and compliance checks
• Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams clients and senior management
• Monitor project progress against milestones budgets and quality standards
• Support account management activities to identify opportunities for account growth and relationship strengthening
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members on governance and risk management practices
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and client needs
