Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, process optimization, program management, project management, consulting, operational excellence, or related disciplines
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, workflows, and associated business processes
- Experience developing business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworks
- Bachelor's degree required; OR four additional years of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and risk and control identification and assessment
- Comprehensive understanding and application of project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision making
- Experience leveraging data and analytics tools to monitor performance and drive business outcomes
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or related continuous improvement methodologies
- US military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse/domestic partner
- Support end-to-end business processes, including strategy, design, performance management, controls, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement to achieve business and customer outcomes
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that enhance capabilities, improve operational performance, and support association objectives
- Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, resolve issues, and deliver sustainable solutions
- Establish and monitor process performance through data, analytics, controls, key performance indicators, and governance frameworks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, regulatory, compliance, and delivery risks
- Drive organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies that support adoption and realization of business value
- Develop business cases, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworks
- Manage cross-functional initiatives focused on business transformation and operational excellence
