  • Strong Project Management experience with scope, timeline, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, reengineering, and requirement gathering workshops.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project planning and productivity tools (MS Office, Keynote, project tracking tools).
  • Vendor management experience, including remote teams.
  • Exposure to contract manufacturing or logistics industry (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • End-to-end Supply Chain Management:
    • Inbound & Outbound Logistics
    • Warehousing Operations
    • Inventory Management & Cycle Counting
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Order Fulfilment & Last-Mile Delivery
    • 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Governance
    • SLA/KPI Management
    • Supply Chain Risk Management
Regional Experience
  • Experience working across theAPAC region (Mandatory).
  • Experience leadingglobal projects.
Role Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between Apple Support business teams and IS&T teams.
  • Lead cross-functional project execution across business and technology organizations.
  • Prepare project documentation and secure resource allocation.
  • Track project status, risks, dependencies, and change readiness.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Project Manager with8+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Transformation Projects, strong stakeholder management, APAC exposure, and proven experience managing cross-functional global programs involving logistics, warehousing, 3PL operations, and business process transformation.
