Role Descriptions:
Project Manager Retail Transact
Role Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of retail transaction projects including POS systems| payments| and store technology| ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan| execute| and deliver Retail Transact projects (POS| payments| store systems)
Manage stakeholders across business| IT| and vendors
Oversee system integrations (POS| payment gateways| omni-channel platforms)
Track project timelines| budget| risks| and issues
Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and security standards
Lead UAT| deployment| and store rollouts
Required Experience & Skills:
5-10 years in project management
Experience in Retail| POS| or Payment systems
Knowledge of transaction systems and integrations
Strong communication| stakeholder| and leadership skills
PMP/Agile certification preferred
KPIsOn-time| on-budget delivery
System performance and transaction success
Stakeholder satisfaction
Skill Sets.
SQL Knowledge:Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Project Management Tools:Proficiency in tools like Jira| Trello| or Microsoft Project.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Problem-Solving:Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and team issues.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team| fostering a collaborative environment.
Time Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies
