Project Manager- Restoration

We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager with strong expertise in exterior commercial building restoration to join our clients team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial restoration projects involvingconcrete repair,masonry restoration,waterproofing systems, andexterior building envelope (building skin) work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage exterior commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and full building envelope projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract specifications
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
• Identify and resolve field issues while keeping projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior commercial restoration
• Strong background in concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and exterior building skin systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
