Job Title: Project Manager, Process Improvement & Implementation

Role Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager with7+ years of experience leading cross-functional process improvement, business transformation, and technology implementation projects, preferably in digital marketing, MarTech, or customer experience environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and automation.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, root-cause analysis, and process mapping.

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects from assessment and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

• Coordinate business, technology, vendors, and global stakeholders.

• Track project plans, risks, milestones, costs, savings, and KPIs; provide leadership updates.

• Drive change management, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption.

• Document improved processes and ensure a smooth transition to business owners.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in project/program management, process improvement, operational excellence, or technology implementation.

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects from discovery through implementation.

• Strong Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, workflow optimization, and root-cause analysis skills.

• Experience with business systems, SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or enterprise software implementations.

• Experience in digital marketing, MarTech, customer experience, or similar customer-facing transformation environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, KPI measurement, change management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Prosci certification.

• Experience with CMS, marketing automation, customer data, personalization, or other digital marketing platforms.

• Consulting, transformation, marketing operations, or shared-services experience.
