Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and deliver projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on project management experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational goals
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Mandatory
- 5+ years ofhands-on project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT / Technology / Enterprise projects
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar
- Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams
