The Project Manager will lead and facilitate assigned team activities such as team meetings, interventions, and contract deliverable. Also assist in Project Management, Scheduling and Planning activities to assure contract deliverable and other work are produced timely and in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement tools, techniques and processes to provide or create information to enable informed decision making within the teams.
2. Ensure the project goals and objects are well understood by the various functional areas.
3. Maintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects.
4. May manage and direct the activities of project support staff.
5. Manage and communicate project changes that may impact either budget or schedule.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of account and project strategies.
7. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
8. Assist in preparation and development of project proposals and strategy.
9. Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging industry processes, automation technology and/or equipment manufacturing / packaging.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or and 6 years of directly Project Management.
Fully bilingual (Spanish / English).
