MUST:
Experienced Project Manager - M365
5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
Proven experience simultaneously managing operational and project-based work
Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies within a Kanban environment
Strong understanding of Kanban methodology, workflow optimization, WIP limits, and performance metrics
Experience managing Microsoft 365 projects and/or enterprise M365 environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot
Experience with email security and mail-flow management technologies such as Proofpoint
Experience planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within scope
Experience developing project schedules, resource plans, risk mitigation strategies, and project status reporting
Experience facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience identifying and removing project and operational blockers
Experience managing and prioritizing incoming operational requests and incidents
Experience managing SLAs and operational performance metrics
Experience coordinating maintenance windows and change management activities
Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation
Experience working with project management and Agile tools such as GitLab and Jira
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong facilitation and servant-leadership skills
Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced enterprise environment
Strong risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation preferred
Experience with Microsoft Graph API preferred
Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments preferred
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
ITIL Foundation v4 certification preferred
DUTIES:
Lead and manage operational and project-based work for an enterprise Microsoft 365 team
Utilize Kanban methodology to manage workflow, priorities, resources, and project delivery
Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile/Kanban ceremonies
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and maintain team alignment on priorities and deliverables
Manage the Kanban board, optimize workflows, and monitor WIP limits
Identify and remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity
Coach team members on Agile and Kanban methodologies and best practices
Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Plan, execute, and deliver Microsoft 365 projects on time and within scope
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate project and operational activities with stakeholders across IT and business organizations
Provide regular project and operational status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure project documentation, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer activities are completed
Oversee day-to-day operational activities supporting Microsoft 365 services
Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and related enterprise technologies
Coordinate operational activities involving email security and mail-flow technologies such as Proofpoint
Prioritize and triage incoming service requests and incidents
Monitor and manage SLAs and operational performance metrics
Coordinate maintenance windows and change management activities
Support capacity planning and resource allocation
Manage competing project and operational priorities within a fast-paced enterprise environment
Identify project and operational risks and coordinate appropriate mitigation strategies
Utilize GitLab, Jira, and related tools to track projects, operational work, issues, and deliverables
Support Microsoft 365 automation utilizing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API as required
Support Microsoft 365 services operating within hybrid cloud environments
