This contractor will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
DUTIES
¬タᄁ Facilitate project meetings
¬タᄁ Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
¬タᄁ Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
¬タᄁ Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
¬タᄁ Liaison with leadership as needed
TOP SKILLS
¬タᄁ 5 years of project or product delivery
¬タᄁ Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
¬タᄁ Excellent written and oral communication skills
¬タᄁ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
¬タᄁ Experience working in Agile environment
NICE TO HAVE
¬タᄁ Operations experience
¬タᄁ LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge
SOFT SKILLS
¬タᄁ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
¬タᄁ Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
¬タᄁ Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
