Job Summary:
This role requires an experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to lead a multi-year SAP transformation program. The successful candidate will drive program execution, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure effective stakeholder communication and collaboration. They will also facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program and project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Azure DevOps.
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in controls and compliance, computer system validation (CSV), or GxP-regulated environments is highly preferred for this role
