Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – IT/OT Infrastructure to manage a portfolio of infrastructure and technology initiatives in the Saguenay region.

The role will oversee a combination of smaller and evolving IT/OT projects, including network and infrastructure initiatives supporting industrial operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for grouping and prioritizing project activities, coordinating technical resources, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

This position requires someone who can operate independently, establish strong relationships with local stakeholders and provide hands-on project leadership within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent IT, OT, network and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate smaller initiatives into structured project batches and delivery plans.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate internal technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate IT project activities with broader operational and capital initiatives.
• Maintain project schedules and resource plans using Client Project.
• Support financial, procurement and project administration activities through SAP.
• Work with technical teams supporting networking, wireless, switches and industrial technology environments.
• Support delivery activities involving IT/OT connectivity and industrial systems.
• Apply Agile delivery practices where appropriate for smaller or iterative initiatives.
• Establish effective relationships with regional and site stakeholders.
• Provide regular project reporting and escalate risks and issues appropriately.
• Support organizational transition and knowledge transfer where required.
• Travel to or maintain an appropriate presence at operational/project sites as required.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, network or industrial technology projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, financial and resource management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of PMBOK project management practices.
• Proficiency with Client Project.
• Experience working with SAP within a project or operational environment.
• Understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies.
• Exposure to IT/OT environments, including industrial networks and operational systems.
• Strong vendor and subcontractor management experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and provide hands-on project leadership.
• Ability to support the required regional/on-site working model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within mining, manufacturing, energy, utilities, construction or another industrial environment.
• Mining industry experience.
• Experience with SCADA, PLC, industrial control systems and/or industrial network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting capital projects containing significant IT components.
• Agile project delivery experience.
• Relevant technical or industrial certifications.
• French-language capability, particularly for interaction with local stakeholders.
