Summary:

UST is looking for an experiencedProject Manager with CargoWise/logistics domain exposure to lead end-to-end enterprise application implementations, releases, integrations, and global rollouts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global business and technology teams.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experiencedProject Manager with CargoWise/logistics domain exposure to lead end-to-end enterprise application implementations, releases, integrations, and global rollouts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery ofCargoWise implementation, upgrade, release, and rollout projects.
• Manage projectscope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Overseesystem integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and production deployment.
• CoordinateComputer System Validation (CSV)/GxP validation, quality approvals, security reviews, and governance activities.
• DriveRAID management, change control, project reporting, go-live readiness, training, and transition to support teams.
• Work closely with global stakeholders acrossBusiness, IT, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Security, and external implementation partners.
• Ensure projects follow establishedPMO and project governance processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inIT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software/IT implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong experience in:
• • Project planning and scheduling
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Vendor management
  • Risk and issue management
  • Testing and UAT
  • Data migration
  • System integrations
• Experience working inGxP/Computer System Validation (CSV) environments.
• Hands-on experience withproject governance and PMO processes.
• Strongstakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Domain experience inlogistics, freight management, supply chain, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• Exposure toCargoWise integration with CT Global or similar logistics platforms.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
