Pay Range: $130000 - $160000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- This individual will be primarily responsible for financial management of assigned projects, including budget management, change management, cost projections, and profit projections under limited to no supervision, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.
- Some things you can expect to do:
- Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
- Monitor job costs.
- Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections.
- Conduct project close-out duties, including subcontract and prime contract reconciliation.
- Must Have Skills: Mission Critical/Data Center experience, Cost Control, Project Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (Mission Critical/Data Center experience preferred)
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Manage complex budgets, potentially multiple at one time.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, SmartSheets, and Nexus).
- Advanced knowledge of budget management, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, cost consultants, and owner/clients.
- Proven knowledge of complex projects such as mission critical, healthcare, laboratory, or manufacturing with contract values of $100M+.
- Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong financial management and change management background.
