About the Role
- The DashMart Kitchens Launch & Change team is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and manage the process for launching new kitchens, concepts, and menu changes, and working with operators to resolve on-the-ground challenges.
- You will own project planning and implementation of launch & change tasks, as well as supporting cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners such as construction, culinary, marketing, training, supply chain, operators, equipment suppliers, and recruiting.
- In addition, you will proactively identify and execute on process and tooling improvements to get 1% better every day.
- This role will report directly to the Associate Manager, DashMart Kitchens (Launch & Change) - Strategy & Operations.

- You have excellent communication skills that allow you to connect with a diverse array of stakeholders, and aren’t afraid to escalate timeline risks and other challenges to leadership
- You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience directing the activities of a diverse project team
- You have comfort solving ambiguous challenges, including working directly with on-the-ground operators
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field
- You have 2-3 years of experience managing highly cross-functional and fast-paced projects
