Project Manager Graduate (Global Public Policy - Europe) - 2027 Start

We are seeking a PMO to help drive the operating engine for the department - working across planning, program governance, finance operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and coordination support for a variety of department-wide/cross-functional initiatives
• Supports the evolution of the department's infrastructure, including maintaining information, resources, and insights and identifying and implementing new tools, systems, and processes
• Helps to design and execute department-wide offsites and other significant team engagement initiatives
• Provides hands-on budget support to the department, including coordinating internal processes with legal, finance and procurement teams; managing third party contracts, payments, and renewals; preparing purchase orders; and reviewing invoices for payment
• Provides additional day-to-day operational support as needed

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in business, policy, humanities, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, shifting priorities and stakeholders across regions and functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with budget management and forecasting, and familiarity with finance, procurement and legal processes in a large, matrixed organization

• High level of proficiency in productivity and project management tools
