Job Function / PurposeÂ
Inframark operates and maintains the City of Guymon’s 3.0 MGD SBR wastewater treatment facility. The project includes responsibility for wastewater treatment and process control, regulatory compliance and reporting, laboratory testing, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment and facility upkeep, residuals management, SCADA/process controls, and administration of the facility’s Industrial Pretreatment Program.

The Project Manager leads a 3-FTE team and is responsible for the overall day-to-day performance of the project, including operations, compliance, maintenance, safety, employee leadership, budgeting, and client relations.

Primary ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs. Directs implementation of approved changes.Â
• Achieves growth targets through managing new business development activities, contract negotiations, and securing renewals and scope expansion.Â
•Maintains contract compliance and account management.Â
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, development, and related HR activities for project staff.Â
• Meets with client representatives and council to discuss operations, maintenance, and capital projects. Attends council meetings asrequired.Â
• Prepares and administers annual operating and capital budgets. Composes reports asrequired.Â
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and all regulatory requirements, including DOT, OSHA, and safety standards. Conducts facility inspections and interfaces with regulators.Â
• Responsible for financial performance including client invoicing and accounts payable/receivable management.Â
• Performs other duties as assigned.Â
Â
Education and ExperienceÂ
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the operation of a water or wastewater treatment facility or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Â

Licenses and CertificationsÂ
Valid Driver’s License. Ability to obtainappropriate water or wastewater certification based on facilitymanaged.Â

Technical SkillsÂ
Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools. Strong knowledge of water/wastewater facilities. Ability to interpret analytical results.Â
