Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communicativeJunior Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience to support and manage client-facing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience dealing withUS-based clients, and exposure toclient handling and deal closings. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to ensure smooth project execution from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects

• Communicate directly withUS clients via calls, emails, and meetings

• Support senior PMs inclient discussions, proposals, and deal closings

• Gather and document client requirements and translate them for internal teams

• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery

• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables

• Prepare project updates, reports, and status summaries for clients

• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Proven experience dealing withUS clients

• Exposure toclient negotiations and closings

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Basic understanding of software development or digital projects is a plus
