Position Overview

The role exhibits the ability to manage multiple dubbing projects and timelines. A Project Manager has the overview over a project, is the intersection for all departments and collects all information needed. They are planning everything during the production process and secure the quality of the project by handling the project from end-to-end. Each Project Manager is a specialist for a specific client and can provide training and support for other team members.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordination of dubbing projects (LipSync & Voice Over) including the following tasks:
• undefined
• Main point of contact as coordinator and supervisor for all involved departments including clients, authors, translators, recordists, editors, mixers.
• Planning and scheduling of recordings and booking of talents.
• Coordination of external recordings outside of the local studio.
• Ensuring quality check of all deliverables for the client.
• Preparation of documents, reports, legal requirements including AOR, AsRecorded Scripts, Content Inventory, Dub Cards, etc..
